Miss Aliayah
Miss Aliayah fell in love with dance at the age of two and has trained in all styles of dance including acro. Throughout elementary and middle school, Aliayah was part of ODC’s gifted dance program and was later accepted into Salem High School‘s Performing Arts Academy where she led Salem High School’s Academy Dance Company as part of the board of directors. In high school Aliayah competed in numerous local and national competitions where she received many scholarships and special awards.
After High school Aliayah began her undergraduate degree at George Mason School of dance and is currently finishing her arts degree at Old Dominion University where she serves as President of the ODU dance association. Miss Aliayah has held her Acrobatic Arts Module One Certification since July of 2021! Although this is Miss Aliayah’s second season at SSDA, this is her 5th year teaching and choreographing competition routines! Outside of the studio, Miss Aliayah spends her summers traveling, and exploring lots of new places. Miss Aliayah loves all things Disney, and her favorite movie is Coco! She believes you should always seize your moment!
