Miss Julia started dancing at the age of 1 in Virginia Beach, Va. She has received training in many styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and modern. Throughout middle school and high school, she began assistant teaching and demonstrating for many dance classes.

 

Miss Julia has also had many performance opportunities such as local parades, the Miss America Show Us Your Shoes Parades in Atlantic City, NJ, the Cherry Blossom Festival Parades in DC and in Disney Parades.

 

Miss Julia is currently pursuing a degree in Dance at Old Dominion University. Miss Julia enjoys musical theatre, camping, and hanging out with her bird Baby. Julia is very excited to be a part of the SSDA family and get to share her love and knowledge of dance with everyone!
