Age: 18 months – 3 years
Overview: A joyful introduction to movement where little dancers explore rhythm, coordination, and creativity alongside a parent or caregiver.
Focus Areas:

Basic motor skills (walking, jumping, galloping)

Comfort in a group environment
Strengthening the caregiver–child bond
Class Length: 30 minutes
Progression: Prepares dancers for Ballet Foundations or Foundations Level classes.
Ballet Foundations
Age: 2 – 3 years
Overview: An independent, beginner ballet class introducing basic ballet steps and classroom structure in a fun and nurturing environment.
Focus Areas:

Ballet positions and movements

Balance, posture, and coordination
Listening skills and independence
Class Length: 30 minutes
Progression: Leads into Foundations Level classes.
Foundations Level (Combo & Acro)
Age: 3 – 5 years
Classes Offered: Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop Fusion, Acro
Overview: A playful yet structured program for young dancers ready to explore different styles.
Focus Areas:

Introductory skills in each style

Musicality, rhythm, and creativity
Classroom etiquette and teamwork
Class Length: 45-60 minutes
Progression: Prepares dancers for Pre Level classes.
Pre Level
Age: 6 – 9 years
Classes Offered: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acro
Overview: For dancers with growing skills and focus, ready to expand their technique and explore performance quality.
Focus Areas:

Learning combinations and choreography
Stage presence and expression
Class Length: 45–60 minutes
Progression: Leads into Level 1 or higher placement-based classes.
Intro Level
Age: 10+ years (new to dance)
Classes Offered: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acro
Overview: A welcoming program for older beginners who want to explore dance for the first time or after a break. Focused on building a solid foundation while honoring the maturity of older students.
Focus Areas:

Fundamental vocabulary and technique in each style

Basic coordination, balance, and flexibility
Building confidence and comfort in a dance class setting
Class Length: 45–60 minutes
Progression: Prepares dancers to transition into Level 1 or appropriate placement-based classes.
Level 1 – Level 4 (Placement-Based)
Overview: These levels are designed for dancers ready for structured technical training in one or more styles. Placement is based on skill level, experience, and maturity. When a level has an A or B section, dancers are divided by age to ensure appropriate pacing and challenge.
Focus Areas by Level:

Level 1: Foundational technique, vocabulary, and alignment

Level 2A / 2B: Building strength, control, and flexibility; introducing more complex sequences

Level 3A / 3B: Refining technique, performance quality, and artistry

Level 4: Advanced technique, musicality, and pre-professional performance skills
Class Length: 60–90 minutes, depending on style
Progression: Dancers advance to the next level by teacher recommendation based on consistent skill mastery, commitment, and readiness for more challenging material.
Adult Dance Program
Age: 18+ years
Classes Offered: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Strength & Stretch, Intermediate/Advanced Jazz/Lyrical
Overview: Fun, welcoming, and judgment-free classes designed for adults of all experience levels — from complete beginners to seasoned dancers returning to the studio.
Focus Areas:

Enjoyable movement and exercise in a supportive environment

Learning or refining dance technique in various styles

Improving flexibility, strength, and stamina
Creative expression and stress relief through dance
Class Length: 45-60 minutes
Progression: Adults may choose to dance recreationally or join our performance opportunities based on interest.
